You are the Expert of your life
Philosophy & Approach
Grounded in ethics and guided by care, my commitment to a client-centered practice is rooted in the belief that you are the expert of your life. As a professional coach, I don’t provide answers—I support you in discovering your own. Our work is shaped by the International Coaching Federation (ICF) Core Values, Code of Ethics and Core Competencies, which form the foundation of my training. Drawing on these standards and Dr. Marcia Reynolds’ Reflective Inquiry, a presence-based approach that invites insight through curiosity, reflection and courageous conversation, I help you turn clarity into strategic progress. Together, we partner within the coaching framework to bring your life into alignment with your values in pursuit of your highest good.
At the heart of my approach is the belief that you hold the wisdom you need within. Our work together helps you return to that inner knowing—to trust yourself, make choices that feel right for you and live with confidence in who you are. From that place, transformation begins. Because your insight comes from within, you can act from your own clarity rather than following someone else’s prescription for what your life should be. The motivation to create what you want, as well as the ability to achieve it, naturally follow.
“When you listen generously to people, they can hear truth in themselves, often for the first time.”
Over time, I’ve found that as my clients’ lives unfold and they choose to consciously reflect and act with intention, they begin to see everything as happening for them. They embrace their evolution, recognising that every experience carries seeds of growth—and the process feels like magic.
My Mission
My mission is to help others connect with their inner wisdom, honour their intuition and live as who they truly know themselves to be so they can thrive and contribute to the world in ways that are meaningful to them.
Professional Journey & Credentials
As an ICF-credentialed Associate Certified Coach, I bring a diverse background to my calling to serve. I hold a Bachelor of Arts degree in Spanish from Mount Royal University, and my extensive time immersed in Latin America has broadened my awareness and deepened my intercultural understanding, sharpening my communication skills and equipping me to bridge perspectives and meet clients where they are.
My coaching education began at the Institute for Life Coach Training, which offered one of the first ICF-accredited programs (2002) and was the first selected by the Center for Credentialing & Education for graduate-level professionals pursuing the Board Certified Coach (BCC) credential. Committed to refining my practice as client needs and standards evolve, I remain actively engaged in ICF-accredited Continuing Coach Education delivered by chapters spanning the globe, in addition to receiving ongoing training and guidance from ICF and BCC credentialed educators, mentors and coaches worldwide.
Integrated with my past experience in communications, stewardship, education and translation—from my time in corporate and non-profit settings to consulting through my transition to coaching—these learnings enrich my ability to coach with presence and care. I feel fortunate to have partnered with changemakers across borders, cultivating trust and creating space for transformative conversations as they develop their voices, lead with purpose and share their gifts with the world.
Alongside my private practice, I collaborate with charitable organisations to offer my services pro bono. These initiatives make coaching more accessible to underrepresented individuals facing marginalisation, multiple forms of discrimination or limited financial resources.
